Buy-side search

A buy-side search is the process a buyer, whether a dentist, DSO or investor, runs to find, screen and approach practices to acquire.

A typical sequence is territory, then signals, then consented outreach, then diligence: define a market using provider density and shortage data, look for pre-market and off-market supply, approach owners who have opted in, then move to a letter of intent and due diligence.
