Your practice is in public records. See what they say, and set the record straight.

Claiming your practice is free. You see the record we compiled from state and federal public records, correct anything that's wrong, and decide whether anyone may contact you about succession. Nobody can, unless you say so.

Claiming opens at launch

Owner accounts open when member data goes live. Until then you can still correct a record or opt out through the corrections form, and we reply within five business days.

Open to conversations

If you're planning for succession, you can let qualified brokers or DSOs know, on your terms. It stays off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.

  • Who may contact you. Practice brokers, DSOs, or both, as you choose.
  • Where. Only members working in the counties or region you pick.
  • For how long. It turns off automatically after 3, 6 or 12 months, or the moment you turn it off. Members lose access immediately.
What they see
  • Practice name and county
  • Practice type and year established
  • That you are open to conversations, and since when
  • How you prefer to be contacted
What they never see
  • Your survey answers
  • Your benchmark results
  • Your phone or email, until you reply to a request
  • Anything about patients

Requests arrive in your DDSIntel inbox. You decide whether to reply. We log every member who views this, and you can see that list.

Questions

Why do you have a record of my practice?

Your license, practice entity and NPI are public records. State public-records law opens most agency records to inspection, and the federal provider registry is published for download. We compile those records into one record per location so the statistics we publish are accurate.1

Do you publish anything about my practice?

Not on any public page. Public pages show county, regional and state statistics only, and we suppress shares for counties with fewer than 10 practices. Members see practice-level records under written agreements.

Do you hold any patient information?

No. We compile business records only: entities, officers, licenses, addresses and posted hours.

Can I remove my practice?

You can opt out of all member products. Your location stays in statewide and county counts, which never identify a practice.Request an opt-out.

Who are your members?

Practice brokers and transition consultants, DSO development teams, lenders, attorneys, CPAs, dental reps and suppliers, and IT providers who serve practices. Each signs an agreement that limits how they use the data.
