About DDSIntel
DDSIntel is a dental transition intelligence platform that detects pre-market dental practice transition signals for brokers, DSOs, lenders and the firms that serve them.
What we do
A dental practice usually changes hands after years of quiet signs in public records: entity filings, officer changes, license changes and build-out permits. DDSIntel compiles those records into one record per practice location, publishes the statistics free on this site, and gives member firms the practice-level detail under written agreements.
DDSIntel was started by Anthury Montane.
How figures are built
Every figure comes from named categories of public records (state licensing records, state corporate filings, the federal provider registry, federal exclusion lists, county permit records, and census and shortage-area data) plus licensed commercial data. Public pages show aggregates only and never name a practice, a dentist or an NPI. Changes to published figures are listed in the corrections log. The full process is in the methodology.
